Pru Thriller was used last year (by Oti and Graeme), so as per usual the practice is not to repeat it two years in a row (whether that gets hyped up by the media as evidence of some kind of censorship is nother matter!). As for any formal 'rule' about not using it in future, I'm not being disingenuous here but I can only say I haven't heard of anything like that. Personally I'd be really opposed to any such nonsense.
