JK2006 Can there be a single soul in Britain who, if asked whether they would pay an extra £1 a year to save millions of lives, would say NO? Open all borders; police them simply but well; concentrate our budget on trying to find and reject terrorists. Including the majority - Home Grown ones. Spend money on policing and preventing Cyber crime. Become a Destination Country for those who want decency, kindness, generosity.
JK2006 Damien Green says this shows how we need to clamp down on people smugglers. No; it shows how our borders are evil and wrong and criminal; we as a society prefer innocent people dying instead of having to pay slightly more tax to look after vulnerable human beings who wrongly consider the UK a decent society.
