Mart	I`ve allways wanted the artichoke with faux gras and truffle as a starter, that they do.
JK2006	Much more detail to follow but it was a fantastic day, starting at 12 and finishing at 4.30! Founded by the Roux Brothers in 1967, I was one of their first customers and was bravely mentioned in Michel's speech (Michel is Albert's son - he was 7 when they opened!). The usual mixed reaction from the assembled great and good at my name! More to follow.
