JK2006 Jo Swinson and Nigel Farage; both of whom succeeded in precisely nothing; now sink back into obscurity. If Silly Swinson hadn't taken on Abandon Article 50 as her policy (bonkers; alienated 50% of the country) and had joined forces with Corbyn in tactical official voting, they would have taken loads of Tory seats and saved several Labour ones. Farage, by stepping down, handed Boris the Government well aware that the appalling Boris deal is worse than Remaining, let alone not really Brexit.

Two loonies but their influence was massive.
