Barney JK often says that democracy doesn't work.


No reason to vote, says JK. Churchill said democracy wasn't perfect - just the best.


Yet in China, Hong Kong and Thailand - people are thinking differently.



And Saudi - now trying to be a hybrid, is starting to be relevant.



Unusually the United Nations' next meeting will be relevant....
