JK2006 The questions British authorities would ask should include whether or not she still retracts all her allegations, including the ones where there appears to be evidence some of the boys were somewhere else. If she reverts to her original claims, they need to examine that evidence. If it is found to be faked the boys may well face rape charges. If it is true her story is very damaged. Then they need to investigate whether the 15 year old was one of the boys both she and they admit she had sex with her. If he was, they need to look at videos and interview all witnesses as to the circumstances around that. Depending on those findings, the CPS should decide whether or not to prosecute her. If it was an 18 year old man with a 15 year old girl, feminists would be howling for his blood. Unless he could prove the child raped him, things would look bleak to a jury.

JK2006 The Judge in Cyprus next week should allow her to go free (time served) and return to the UK under the condition that the British authorities thoroughly investigate whether or not she broke sex laws.
She can then come home and get on with her life. British police would investigate whether or not she had sex with a child. If she did not - drama over. If she did, there should be a trial. An 18 year old man abusing a 15 year old girl would be prosecuted. She would be quite entitled to use Rape as her defence. Judge and Jury would examine video evidence, witnesses would be cross examined, brought over from Israel, Cypress police questioned, jury would decide who was speaking the truth.
If acquitted she has her name cleared; her supporters vindicated; British Justice shown to be better than that of Cyprus.
If found GUILTY she would get ten years in jail which might correct her behaviour and would illustrate how widespread False Allegations are.
This way the truth should emerge; all parties satisfied; the reputation of Ayia Napa either correctly wrecked or totally cleared. No harm done.
