JK2006 A wonderful moving intelligent BBC2 show. As a tiny child I was well protected during the war which ended as I was born, My father was a Major in the Army with an OBE. My mother drove an ambulance during the Blitz. I've never thought about the survivors. Or those wonderful people who nurtured and helped the survivors. How on earth could human beings behave as the Nazis did? Mind you how could the Tutsis and Hutus behave as they did? How can False Accusers and Cops behave as they do? There's a streak in humanity which is beyond my comprehension.
