Rick Strange way of describing one of the few sane economists the UK has produced, before mathemeticians took over that discipline. And he was bisexual, actually. And the more pertinent quote is about animal spirits: “a spontaneous urge to action rather than inaction, and not as the outcome of a weighted average of quantitative benefits multiplied by quantitative probabilities".
