Yes that news today really pissed me off too (I'm a Freeview lover myself) but then again, how the HELL can they stretch it to a THIRD series?
I loved 24 when it started but actually deserted it when it went to Series Two. |

Best series on TV to be honest, totally hooked on it. As for Season 3 you have to watch on SKY 1 as from the autumn, Channel 5 have lost the rights, so anyone on Virgin Media you can't watch it, like me. |

I`ve not been hooked on a TV series since Babylon 5, which I loved and would wait on the cliff hangers to be resolved every week.
Series one was orchestrated by the glorious sound of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and won an award for special effects even before being broadcast in the UK.
By the fourth series, you`ve guessed it, it looked like it was being filmed by a bloke with a video camera and a guy sat next to him playing an electric keyboard, trying to create drama.
I liked series 1 of "24" a lot, but the other series I bought of it, I can`t be bothered with at all.
It did amuse me at the weekend, that one of the TV reviewers, whilst pre-viewing the final "ever" episode of "24" said he wasn`t going to bother watching it, as he had just found out what happens in the end on Wikipedia! |

It was a brilliant episode with Michael stabbing T-Bag to death... oops, no, commercial break... he just pinned his arm to the floor!
The most preposterous TV series ever but so well done that it works. |

You would love the wording on the lid of my new hair gel.
"Win a Prison Break With V05"!
(as it turns out it`s a dvd set) |
