In 2 minds over this (odd for me ) but he committed an offense anyway even if it wasn't near that memorial (pissing in public..so many busted for it including the Rolling Stones).
But usually it 's just fines although there may be something in the Magistrate "sending a message" but then I hate those "sending message" sentences as a load of hogwash and never makes a difference. Fat lumps of lard and girlies will keep pissing in the streets come what may.
Bear in mind it was the Gammon's dad who dobbed him in (Gammon-new word I heard for the increasingly ghastly vile creatures who have desecrated the Union Jack and claimed it for themselves as they think they are the true "patriots" having fucked Britain over Brexit and forced me to throw out my Union Jack pillow cases even though they were getting long in the tooth)
I mean what is the point to these 1000s of ghastly unkempt pot bellied "patriots" who storm the streets over inane matters?
I saw a video of one, pissed as a rat telling his Gammon patriots (so scruffy- there should be dressed standards if you go into Central London ) that "Churchill Killed Hitler" !!! to guffaws and cheers from the Gammon Crowd.
So there you are..Churchill sneaked into the Bunker and killed Adolf with a giant cigar..could have spared the Missus though
They're just looking for a rumble aren't they? |

Totally agree WYOT - Great Britain is turning into Nasty Little Britain. The country has totally lost its way. When a country is run by a tabloid and its readers we're in trouble. |

Disgraceful sentence.
The Court apparantly accepted that he did not intend to urinate on the statue. He has some level of mental health problem. He has no previous convictions. He will spend 7 days in prison and a year on post sentence supervision licence to the Probation Service.
There will have been first time dwelling burglars in Court today and those who have committed ABH who did not recieve a custodial sentence.
Depriving someone of their liberty should not be done lightly and for political reasons. It should only be done when the offender is do dangerous there is no other option.
Otherwise, treat people humanely and with understanding. Because it is the right thing to do, and you will only make them worse if you don't.
I feel ashamed of aspects of this nasty little country at the moment. |

But he didn't wee on it. He missed. It is like jailing someone for almost shoplifting, and where was he supposed to go if the toilets are all shut? |
