In The Know Lockerbie bomber, Blair and that agreement !

The government claims that the "memo of understanding" signed last week with Libya, which will consider "prisoner exchange", will NOT lead to the release of the Lockerbie bomber.

So - how many OTHER Libyan prisoners are currently being held in Scotland, for whom this agreement DOES apply? The answer is NONE !

According to the BBC, the memo says talks will produce an agreement within 12 months but that this agreement has already been "hammered out".

Was this the price Blair had to pay in order for someone in Africa to meet him during his "farewell tour"? (there were precious few other takers !)
