Honey An awful lot of people cant grasp how cross infection happens, so it is not surprising that underpaid, under-trained and over-worked people have made mistakes.

Even the so-called "Hygiene Expert" Sally Bloomfield advises us to use our car key to tap in the numbers on the card machine to "avoid infection".

This is terrible, dangerous advice. She is probably well meaning, but she obviously doesn't get it herself.

JK2006 He's really even more incompetent than we feared, isn't he? But he's right; care homes have been awful for ages. Governments have totally under funded and ignored them (voters dying off). Prisons likewise (I was pleasantly surprised by the small quantity of Covid19 deaths in prisons, I gather).
