In The Know It will be interesting to see whether Judge Richards "sits" on any flashing cases in the future?

That's quite a damning statement.

How do you know this? What are your sources to back this up please?
Anthony Frightening thought, JK. If you're right, we could replace our legal system with a toss of the coin, which would at least produce 50% accuracy. An improvement on the status quo, and a significant reduction in public spending.

Seriously, is there any hope of the desperately needed changes to our legal system? Not in the foreseeable future, I fear.
JK2006 So "Judge gets away with it" to quote tomorrow's tabloid coverage.

I only hope his experience of the system - rotten to the core - will nt be swayed by his fortunate acquittal.

Juries and judges get it wrong more often than they get it right.

There are more Sally Clarks than Judge Richards.
Mart Let`s look at it this way.

If the Judge looked a bit like the "offender", then the Judge was stalked.

And round and round we go forever.
