Wyot Like with a good war, there is an awful lot of wonga to be made from Covid and PPE.

I don't present this as a conspiracy, but why waste a good pandemic when personal fortunes can be made?

We should take comfort that some well connected Tories are becoming wealthier, as we enter the inevitable second complete lockdown (with no end in sight or exit plan) that is coming within a week.

Wyot Glad you are keeping these threads going JK despite the recent backlash from some on here to this subject. I won't rehash my views on the subject people will be relieved to know!

But would be great to hear from some new voices on this...

My response to some recent comments (and someone I can barely recall even posting announcing they are leaving ffs!) is: if you are bored of Covid threads, just skip them. It's that simple.

I skip the long posts speculating whether some celeb has or hasn't procured minors for a film producer; or epic anecdotes with "entertaining" bitchy views on "stars".

Interesting to some; not to me. Let's not try and censor one another...
md Everyday presents a new challenge to not get sucked into the panic, fear, anger, worry and negativity that is currently gripping our leaders.
JK2006 I don't want to keep pointing this out to the mentally fragile but it's not COVID killing the financial markets; it's society's reaction to the media inflated image of Covid.
