The way he used to link with Ian Rush on the pitch was a bit other-wordly I admit; but this is far more serious an allegation..?!

Alison Fifty years ago tomorrow, 66 people were killed in an exit stairway - when attempting to leave a Rangers v Celtic game.

Many children were killed; the exit was simply inadequate and Rangers - the owners of the ground - were adjudged to be negligent.

Kenny Dalglish, then a Celtic player was in the stands - and was also at the events at Heysel (1985) and Hillsborough, four years later.
