Wyot Reading this all I can think is if he has serially commited sexual and violent offences against women for 15 odd years, this undermining of due process is a terrible reflection on the effectiveness of investigators and prosecutors. Such measures are symptoms of a failing system.

But regardless, you can't just decide to ignore the right to a trial and due process. He may be a very dangerous man but we lose basic rights, balances and protections at our peril.

Once gone, try getting them back.
hedda I wish someone would give me notice they wanted have sex with me.

What a peculiar story.
A very unpleasant sounding man who nevertheless has been convicted of nothing, has to inform the police if he is going to have sex, even though he is not allowed personal contact with women.

Presumably, if he cops off his girlfriend will have to self identify as a man?

It says a case failed because of deleted messages? I thought all messages could be retrieved? No?
