Back in the 70s The Bean had a friend who did tours of London in a horse drawn carriage; it was wonderful and taught me to look at the tops of buildings (which I now do in open topped Baby Car).

Yes I love long walks too GM; in nature though I greatly enjoyed walking around London when I lived there - just getting lost in the scale and diversity and noting the history in the buildings like stratas of rock. I extended my "lunch hour" today (naughty but I am the boss!) and walked 2 hours up & fown The Thames. Glorious. I was listening to my first e-book - JK's pal Mr Fry was telling me all about Greek myths, as it goes. Very enjoyable.

The nearest Walmart from that property is a 20 minute drive or a 4 hour walk. Knowing me, I would have to walk it and enjoy the wildlife and the surroundings at the same time.
