Personally if they get themselves killed just leave their corpses on the roads. Play stupid games win stupid prizes, I never understood the the mindless vandalism also. Then again councils and government just us tax payers like cash machines. |

a so called "critical mass" cycling event. Basically a protest by cyclists about cycling conditions in cities. Cycling - since Bradley Wiggins - has become a human right protected in law.
Surrey is scarred at weekends when you go out for a nice drive by rows of lycra-clad buttocks pedalling away 7 wide across the road.
I feel like protesting by driving straight through them.... |

Gorgeous day in London; everyone out in the sunshine.
But Park Lane/Hyde Park had some kind of protest rally organised. Literally thousands of children, mainly boys, on bicycles, clearly all told to try to kill themselves. Wheeling in and out of the traffic, kicking cars, banging on windows, holding onto handles, making gestures at drivers.
Extraordinary and very very dangerous. In 20 minutes I saw three near fatal close accidents.
What was it for? Why? Who organised it?
