probably because a measly 8% (I think) have actually had their first jab.
Being in the center of where the new outbreak began..Bondi  , it's rapidly moved to the outer suburbs where new police patrols are hunting mask less offenders
This is the more serious Delta strain as well. I think the problem is the very dopey Prime Minster who is a former PR man has no idea what to do and left it to State premiers, both left & right wing who have all done quite well.
My favorite Westfield is almost a ghost town but I'm quite loving it as there is hardly any traffic.
Lots of screeching about the ritzy Eastern Suburbs where the genteel folk live (me ) who have escaped police surveillance but serves the proles right for living in the (ghastly) outer suburbs where all the gangsters also live and keep shooting each other.
I have had one Covid jab and the Flu jab and due another in 4 weeks so I'm hunky Dory and really have no idea what it's all about.
All that concerns me is missing out on a cancelled Gala Red Carpet Restaurant Launch where I was assured the Murdochs would be in attendance. That's really pissed me off. 
Not Rupert & the lovely Jerry Hall but Lachlam Murdoch and his glamorous wife Sarah who are now butchered down in a complex of mansions (why have one when you can have 3 ?) in a suburb called Nellevue Hill which I can see from my bathroom window.
Apparently Lachlan sleeps in the day and at night has a basement with banks of computers and TC screens where he runs the US Fox News & the rest of the Evil Empire from. |

It's all about control JK. We haven't seen nothing yet, wait a few years for the real pandemic. |
