A truly amazing exhibition by the Norwegian boy (and the USA and the Brazilian too). Like swimming, hurdles are my personal pleasures (though I love watching the Triathlons). |

This 400 metres hurdles final may go down as the finest race in Olympic history, with Warholm beating the World record by almost three quarters of a second.
And the runner-up also beat the World record, with the Bronze medallist beating the previous Olympic record! Such performances are probably unique. |

Terrific performance - hurdles was the only sport I was ever good at in school; because of my long legs, inherited from my American father, my Mum told me - I was able to just keep running as normal, hardly having to jump at all, and always won hurdle races (never anything else). |
