JK2006 And Max Whitlock - another of my favourites to watch. He picked BMX and Skateboarding as other sports to do; just like me (and millions of others) seeing it for the first time at these Olympics and loving them both.
JK2006 He said what I feel about swimming; it gives you a chance to think deeply. I've always found my hours in the pool incredibly valuable for my brain. Let alone my body - all of which has benefitted over the past 50 years of swimming. In my case very slowly. But, like Adam, breast stroke is my preference. No strain. Mind you, he swims a bit faster than I do.
