JK2006 I was really looking forward to this; Dev Patel is becoming a bit of a National Treasure (marvellous in David Copperfield, a film I loved). And critics have raved about this. Even the guy at Curzon Soho said "Superb film - but very strange". I didn't find it strange at all; just pretentious. Not for me.
