Of course we know what will decide the Judge's action; is it a great story for the media and public? Answer - YES. Allow the civil suit to continue. Justice has nothing to do with it. Very rarely, however, there is a Judge who denies the power of the media (as HHJ Taylor did in Southwark Crown Court 2018). I doubt if the American Judge is one of those.

Indeed just finished a biog of Clarence Darrow the brilliant American lawyer known for his emotive and long closing speeches which sometimes brought jury members and even judges to tears as he tried to save clients from execution.

But while he was expert at judging a jury and working on their emotions..it was the judge he really angled for in order to get vastly reduced sentences which he usually did.

"In the 30 years since, Elden has profited from being 'Nirvana Baby' they said"

Ms Roberts openly admits to prostitution, a class B misdemeanor in New York, punishable by up to three months in jail and a fine of up to $500.

Many many times.

her problem: a signed agreement with Jeffrey Epstein releasing him (and his $700M estate from further liablity. Do they have government paid victim's compensation in the USA?
JK2006 He needs to get in touch with Giuffre to discuss how to make millions from wealthy celebrities.
