Honey	People tend to remember the first thing they are told and disregard anything they hear afterwards that contradicts it. I suppose it saves them the bother of thinking.
JK2006	It really amazes me - even after Carl Beech; even after Jemma Beale; even after Danny Day (I gather his trial is this year). People don't want to see the truth; too time consuming for their little minds, busy working out what's for dinner.
