JK2006 Yes it should not have happened but these things do and it's about time, as a society, we stopped over reacting. It's like the new morality is that of a cheap tabloid headline.
Honey But it isn't just two people having an affair, it is a relationship with unbalanced power that can lead to coercion or security risk.

Jail does seem a bit steep though.
JK2006 What on earth is going on with British society when two people have an affair and it ends up with prison sentences? Of course they shouldn't have but they are adults, love conquers all. Of course he shouldn't have phones in prison but many do; who cares? Of course she should have stayed true to her husband and family but these things happen. PRISON? Oh grow up, UK - the whole of humanity is decaying into idiocy but we're the worst of all.
