Totally Hedda and we ain't seen nothing yet; my only quibble (which I am as you know constitutionally unable to let go!)is that Covid sent no business anywhere to the wall. Our reaction to it did, rightly or wrongly. Justified or not. But the language is important because we must not allow responsibility for the decisions and outcomes to be hidden.
