at 10.15 this morning she totally gave up on BBC News. All she has to do is talk about the situation, interview people, ask questions and talk to camera. Not difficult. For which she is paid an enormous amount. And, being a woman, has to look gorgeous. No comment on that. "Excuse me", she said, trying to read her phone. And failing. Whilst holding an umbrella - and failing. Utterly gormless and useless; for God's sake BBC let he go gracefully into the night. Ch5 would be good.

It's going viral. The BBC care about box ticking than hiring the right people; even Gambo lost his temper with her and rightly so.

Jo She seems to be everywhere at the moment. She was even on Newsnight the other week.

Judging from this article from March 2022 it looks as if she may have replaced Emily Maitlis.

Isn’t it about time she looked for her next big job? I remind her that there is a vacancy at Newsnight, now that Emily Maitlis is leaving to launch a podcast and host a radio show with Jon Sopel for Global. Would she fancy that gig? “Errrrr, I think everyone will go for that. Look, I’ve got two jobs at the moment,” she protests. Has the BBC advertised the job yet? “I have no idea. That is a very good question.”

Wonder what she'd have been like interviewing Prince Andrew!
JK2006 Having by now completely given up she's just letting her mouth ramble on - she just said she'd be asking some opposition MPs "how they are going to vote". DOH!
