JK2006 More for the Falsely Accused … I’ve told you before you MUST do it all yourself, whether it’s instructing a good Private Investigator (as I did) and giving him detailed questions and people or by simply doing it yourself.
Most people are honest and do not lie. Indeed most police are the same. But police will do anything to cover their backsides or those of mates or colleagues - same with lawyers. However, if you examine a claim statement you will realise there are witnesses who can contradict the claims if they are honest (and especially if they are not aware of the lies told by the stupid false accusers).
You would not believe the evidence provided by me from mothers, fathers, sisters, friends and others during my investigation into the false claims made in 2015, described by the Judge in 2018 as “a debacle”. In 2001 I wrongly assumed police would be doing that. Or at least my lawyers. WRONG! They are far too busy, often incompetent, sometimes corrupt. Failing to track down a girlfriend with vital evidence, for example, was “impossible” by police in 2018 after two months of detailed forensic search. We found her in five minutes and indeed her evidence was vital and totally destroyed the false accuser’s claims. Deliberate? Accidental? Who knows, who cares?
A parent always backs up their offspring, even if they know they are criminals. But often give evidence which destroys their detailed claims, thinking they are being supportive. This happened for me in 2018 again and again. Often we didn’t even have to do the interview ourselves; police had done it (and, if or when they spotted the damage, decided not to use the statement and dump it into Unused Material, hoping it wouldn’t be noticed). This happened with one liar’s sister’s lethal evidence which completely annihilated her brother’s fantasy.
