JK2006 It amused me - the shop is part of the restaurant across the road - many times I've eaten there and swear for 60 years that the smoked salmon there is the best in the world - it is sliced so thin you can almost see through it yet the flavour is incredible - light, delicious. As I watched him slicing it I asked if it was from Scotland to which he replied Oh yes - where else? I agree so much. Scottish smoked salmon is far and away the best. But it amuses me that the finest slicing is in Cannes at Astoux and Brun. And he agreed with me about Crevettes Grises - far and away the most delicious yet also the cheapest. The taste is very much like those wonderful shrimps in butter you can get in England.

Him. Without a doubt.

I do worry about him though.
JK2006 The beauty of this is that it required no cooking - all done or raw.
