is constantly turned down for appeal, what chance do I have, I wonder? Despite a huge bundle of fresh evidence provided to the CCRC we are still waiting for a decision as to whether or not to refer my wrongful 2001 conviction back to the Court of Appeal. Fortunately, since then, I have several Not Guilty verdicts to console me and several bent or incompetent cops chucked out of the force, but still the broken system continues. And many are far worse off than I.
