The criminal justice system is collapsing in parts of England; particularly the South East/London/Surrey.
From barristers, to Prison, Probation & Court staff. Many areas of it are literally not functioning due to public sector pay freezes and conditions, primarily.
Not one media outlet seems to have joined the dots between the services and the implications.
And everyone suffers: genuine victims, future victims, tax payers, the guilty. |
