JK2006 This is interesting. Like so many other high profile cases, it seems to me that Weinstein behaved disgracefully (just listen to that tape) but never raped or abused anybody. The modern equivalent of the old "casting couch" situation. When coloured by the media - in this new Puritanism - it can seem like crime. In fact, I guess, it was not, at the time; just obnoxious pressure. Ghastly (and we all knew about it; everyone in Entertainment knows about these people) but not criminal.
