Green Man Losing weight is the best thing I have since being a parent.

It took me 2 years to get where I am. I am just 2kg over to my ideal BMI. However I am determined to get that "excellent" mark for my BMI.

There is now quick remedy apart from diet and exercise which is a commitment.

JK2006 Totally agree WYOT and chuck both smoking and alcohol into the mix.
Wyot We are so confused as a society.

We will impose lockdowns in an effort to save lives but will normalise morbid obesity (which kills millions more) because we must treat every personal characteristics as sacrosanct.

While I don't wish to see anyone of any size bullied or humiliated, judgment has an important - healthy - social function.

We don't do kids any good pretending obesity is the same as being a healthy weight. It isn't: it is the biggest killer we now face.

They need to know this.
