The President can declassify anything he wants. The VP has no power to do so. Will the FBI raid Biden's house and go through Jill's lingerie drawers? I highly doubt it! You can beat the establishment and Biden is part of the corruption with CIA and his friends with the 'Killary' Clinton.

there is no such precedent for this..mere speculation.
if so Biden could declassify them now and pardon himself for any alleged crime.
TooMuchTruth is correct.
Trump probably is loving it but his real problems are far more serious. |

Their responses to people finding the documents were vastly different. Biden and his attorneys appear to be cooperating with the appropriate government agencies. Trump on the other hand, spent months delaying efforts from the National Archives to look at the documents, refused to fully comply with a subpoena, and then seemed to lie about what documents he had. Not to mention the fact that, according to the New York Times, Trump may have “mutilated” several of the missing files.
In Donald Trump’s case, at least 325 documents were found, 60 of which were top secret. In Biden’s case, just 10 documents were found, an unknown number of which were “top secret.” However, We don’t know how many documents were found in the “second batch.”
As far as we know, the documents in Biden’s possession were intact. According to the New York Times, the fact that Biden didn’t destroy documents and turned them over upon their discovery means he likely isn’t in the same legal jeopardy as his predecessor.
However, we don’t know anything about the state of the second batch of documents.

Yet the result of media hype (like Covid) will be - fortunes spend on trivia instead of on important things like saving lives. It's the Brexit thing. |

Surely the point is - these things happen. Who cares? Only the media which inflates a tiny unimportant failure in efficiency into a drama. |
