In some ways Trump was correct in making pals with Putin and the Nth Korea nutter but his problem is a total inability to follow through when a photo op is all he ever did.
# If Trump had a different personality he would have stepped up (after graciously conceding electoral defeat) and offered on behalf of the USA and Biden to act as a Special Envoy to negotiate a peace deal with Putin even if it means conceding Ukraine territory. Re=election in '24 would have been in the bag.
The US has killed millions of innocents over the decades with it's ghastly interventions in Vietnam and South America etc yet they are still lauded as the "Land of The Free' and as victors even in defeat they write the history.
Vladimir Putin is clearly mad.
I would not be surprised if Putin was paid opposition he is also from WEF young leaders club where Zelensky is also from. The Western media only show Ukraine not Russia. There is 3 sides to every story. Your truth, their truth and the actual truth.
If you want to hide to money ditch the Swiss banks and take it to Ukraine. No doubt they will win Eurovision again.
Trump didn't start any new wars or get involved either. The Talibon Taliban took over Afghanistan in days when Biden said it's under control. Biden left military equipment and weapons there also. |

Totally Hedda. But all too often this anti West narrative is all one way. We have a tendency to self hatred while ignoring the wrongs committed by "non Western" regimes historically and currently. Same with human rights and climate activists; who will happily glue themselves to artwork wearing a jacket made in China... |

I have a lot of sympathy with a lot of this stuff, but don't like that it always concentrates solely on "The West" and so lets Russia/Putin off the hook.
Of course the US is - as ever - involved and there is an element of a proxy war; but Vietnam does not excuse now and this illegal, disgraceful invasion by Putin.
For 'the West' read post-WW2 shameless USA who don't even recognise the International Criminal Court while illegally invading and mass murdering in 37 victim nations Worldwide.
While post-2014 Putin rightly said, "De-Nazify Ukraine" before wrongly invading in 2022, nearing the 20th Anniversary of the U.S. illegal invasion of Iraq for nine years against a lawful U.N. Resolution and Humanity's largest ever mass protests of THIRTY SIX MILLION WORLDWIDE.

TooMuch - I can see we are not going to have a dialogue you are just going to speak the same point louder; so with respect, I bow out.
Anyone who uses Wikipedia as source is not worth arguing with. Wiki has a biased and full of disinformation. You need to look at the donators and it will explain why. |
