So what did HE want to do on the show?
Apart from boosting his career, obviously he wanted it to be entertaining.
Sadly he's clearly not able to do any such thing (unlike some US Awards hosts like Billy Crystal and Ricky Gervais).
Nowhere in any of this is the box I think he should tick.
Love of, and knowledge of, music.
A friend of my Jim-Boy went to college (Nassau Community College, Long Island in NY ) with Billy Crystal.
He said that Billy, would do any course and any opportunity that involves being the college stage and PR system. However it paid off.
He said that Billy was not very popular amongst class mates he was a considered a nerd but had talent for making them laugh.
Seems the far-left rag can't salvage The Brits. Despite all the wokeness and box-ticking bollocks.
Sam Smith just wants to be Madonna.
