Whole Truth Judge's accurate note: "BUSINESS MODEL".

Could well apply to any bent-Cops/Media or Capone/Kray mafia scam in US/UK so called 'free societies' - free to exploit humanity!

District Judge Lumb in Oxford held that the claim by Noreen Khan after a low-speed car accident was fundamentally dishonest, saying she “took a chance on bringing an opportunistic claim for damages...but she then found herself caught up in a business model that was being operated by others that she could not escape from."
JK2006 We HAVE to stop these crooks getting away with it. Often USING the law. Often even POLICE OFFICERS. But more often, bent lawyers.
