JK2006 My letter to the CCRC (still waiting for a decision on my 2001 wrongful conviction)...

Helen Pitcher/Karen Kneller
The CCRC
23 Stephenson Street
Birmingham
B2 4BH

Dear Helen Pitcher and Karen Kneller,
It cannot have escaped you both, and all the Commissioners, that the collapse of police behaviour is national and has existed for decades.
I’m sure you both will agree that a 1% chance of Miscarriages of Justice under those circumstances is far too low.
Why?

Over to you.

Jonathan
Whole Truth Nationwide examples of arrogant UK police misconduct and corruption include, but are not limited to:

Use of excessive force.
Tampering with witnesses.
Inciting false statements.
Perverting Justice.
Police brutality.
Mishandling, concealing, witholding evidence.
Coerced confessions.
Physical and Sexual assault.
Lying on police reports.
False imprisonment or arrest.
JK2006 That not a single person says "perhaps this institutional cultural problem is not just The Met but ALL police forces in the UK".
