Stig Abell is a name from the past; interesting he works for Talk TV. He was staunch liberal about ten years ago.

If America has taught me anything its always "sue" no matter what.
JK2006 No; complained to the Press Commission (run then by Stig Abell; now employed by Murdoch on TalkRadio) who turned down my complaint.

No when the News of the World organised a long lens snapper in Hyde Park, when I was sitting in a deck chair by the Serpentine doing a TV interview, and they photoshopped a family with a young boy walking along behind me (instead of the Serpentine) and wrote about me "OGLING" boys.
I went there next morning, had a photo taken in same deck chair, same place and got the deck chair hirer to sign a sworn statement saying that was the truth.
Probation rejected the NOTW scam.

Did you sue?

The problem with the Parole Board and Bronson, WYOT, is that we simply don't know whether the board decided he was still a threat or they knew, had they released him, the media would condemn them (and probably organise a fight a week after his release, as they tried and failed with me and succeeded with Glitter).

Well yes true - we can never know; but I would hope they come to independent decisions. The problem is less the media and more that the Government follows it so slavishly now. We can only hope for principled politicians who lead. Perhaps then people would also be encouraged to think outside MM parameters. Looks utopian currently though.

I have no idea why people read News Of The World it was another comic like The Daily Star,The Sun and The Sunday People.

Did you the newspaper JK?

The journalist who did the Photoshop photo for the paper sounds like a pervert. How many images of children did they browse online for the hit-piece?
