Green Man	I think it's landlords who are fed up with sub-lettings and treating the properties as doss houses. Tenant's need to know its not their property. I wouldnt have a problem sending photo ID or details of employment. However the upfront fees can be daylight robbery.

If it is not let's be open about it and stop the wealthy investing in multiple properties to let.
