This is a bit worrying. Don't just accept losing weight, Mr King. It is a slippery slope if you do.

Losing too much too quickly is dangerous. I will never be slim but I am happy with my weight loss over 2 year's.
However JK does look for a diabetic, 78 year old. |

Strange the gales forecasted never reached my (London end) bit of Surrey. I assumed they had got it wrong, but as you were very nearly sucked up by a tornado and deposited in Oz, I guess they did... |
