Gretna Marine Excellent factual series about 50 year old Welsh murders which were eventually solved through advancements in DNA technology. With an exhumation necessary in the Port Talbot area.

Similar to the work of the Innocence Project in the USA - which has achieved well over 350 acquittals over 30 years - and are constantly seeking DNA reviews in US states.

New DNA methods proved the wrongly convicted couldn't have committed the crimes, and it's generally accepted that many (perhaps thousands) innocent people remain incarcerated.
JK2006 Very well told and incredibly true to the actual events I gather. I've cheated and watched the whole series (I was so gripped). Fantastic TV - well done the team.
