Wyot It does all urgently need addressing as it is a growing cancer in our justice system.

As an aside what a tawdry way to live as a lawyer: grub around looking for cash by bullying and threatening people and subverting the system you live off. It is parasitical.

I suspect that any lawyer worth their salt works in any other area than this...

JK2006 on Libel Law but similar applies to such scams as Whiplash and Civil Cases - it is perverting the rule of law.
