Am I right in thinking that the most eco sound way to run a car is by using recycled vegetable whatnot instead of petrol? |

The technology does not really exist yet. Also if electric cars did charge themselves people would not need to buy cars frequently. Give it time there be a mileage tax and 15 minute cities.

An interesting feature on BBC TV about certain roads in Sweden that charge electric cars when on it (like trama). But can someone explain to me why simply travelling doesn't charge the batteries? It does in petrol cars, doesn't it? My batteries get recharged as I drive and (nearly) always have done. That's why, normally, I don't have constantly to recharge my batteries. So how come that same or a similar system can't be built into electric cars? Answer please, Elon. |
