hedda depends which state but in NSW a 100 yer old law preventing suing the police for malicious prosecution was overturned in Canberra about 7 years ago and there have been several successful lawsuits against police malfeasance.
JK2006 seems now more Judicially sensible than the UK. Will they soon start sending their convicts over here to suffer?
