I love it now online, sorry GM.

I order clothes to be delivered to the store, and pop in to collect or return on my way to and from work.

Never a queue. Simple. Return the high streets to grass, I say.

Each to their own, I love to try on before buying. No worrying and waiting for refunds which takes days.

I love to sample fishing gear and look at hunting equipment. Before departing hard earned money.

Ordering online, credit cards, oyster cards, smartphones/TVs must be embraced - because they've made our lives so much easier.

Casualties of progress include the absence of milkmen, bus conductors, waiters - and the need to see the bank manager/doctor.

not so sure it's made our lives easier and retail shopping used to be fun.
Certainly more choice but do we need so much choice?

Very reluctant to give credit card details online and for us oldies (who look years younger ) mobile phones can become hell.
