Wyot My favourite celeb chef and easily the most interesting programmes; his love of literature too does shine through. I love his simple approach to cooking too. Much as I love Masterchef it gets very pretentious!
JK2006 and his current re-showing of his Cornwall series has a lot about Charles Dickens (my favourite writer and, I think, the greatest ever Englishman - just beating William S).
