Topic History of: AOL lock out again

The Cat In the past I've known a few sites lock out AOL users because they've either banned the ISP (thinking it belonged to just one user) or someone with the AOL IP has tried to access the site too many times in a short period. I thought this was all solved until today when I had it happen again.

Fortunately, I can bring up Explorer which seems to bypass the proxy IP, but it's still a nuisance.

Ok my moan's over for the day.
