Mart I actually can`t bite into those huge revoltingly large ones that they sell at the dreaded Beefeaters etc, I have to cut them up.
The best programme he has done is the search for the perfect steak. I`ve never had one of his, there is too much on the menu to choose from, but I don`t think he claims to get close to the one he found in the States in this instance.

This week, I actually had the correct potatoes he recommends for chips, they were indeed perfect and just like served in the Hinds Head but sadly , I will never like chips much!

Should they show it again, the Quaking Pudding is the recipe to die for I can think of at the moment, probably because I have not made dessert!
JK2006 Fabulous show about finding the perfect hamburger which eventually showed me why I was right to loathe the bloody things.

One strange point though - during the show he found that a hamburger must never be more than two fingers thick (to be bitten with comfort) yet his final perfect one was far bigger.
