Wyot It could be murder. If there was no reason to fire an intention to kill could be determined. If the vehicle was stationary and the man complying. A few years ago I would have found it hard to believe of our Police, not so much now, sadly.

Manslaughter has a lesser sentence than murder.

Remember their slogan "No Justice, no peace"
JK2006 I know nothing but surely the cop charged with murder must have had a reason for killing the guy. If it was just an accidental - and not deliberate - shooting, surely it's manslaughter. Or has the legal definition changed? As with rape - now a peck on the cheek is rape - perhaps "murder" is simply killing someone?
